To equip staff on the front lines who are at risk of threats and violence with simple, concise skills that allow them to feel confident in their role of safely supporting service users.
Our Way
Create person oriented training plans for our clients,
and deliver person centered training modules for all
course participants.
Based on our experience and expertise across different
sectors, we are able to successfully train and transfer
relevant skills to our participants in fun and engaging ways.
Resolve Training Limited offers PBS General Services courses that are certified as meeting the RRN Training Standards by BILDACT
